Shipping Methods

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your order reaches you promptly and safely. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please note: Shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States.
Delivery timelines and any applicable duties are based on local postal policies and customs procedures. While most orders arrive within the estimated window, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging (for damaged items)

  • A photo of the packing slip (for missing items)

  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days may no longer be eligible for compensation.

Please Note:
If the packaging is damaged in transit but the product itself is undamaged and fully functional, the item is not eligible for replacement or refund.


Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please first contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once you have confirmation from the carrier, share it with us at support@jamesolivia.com. Claims made more than 7 days after marked delivery are not eligible for review.


Order Modifications

You can request changes to your order (address, size, quantity, etc.) within 12 hours of placing it. After that time, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and changes may no longer be possible.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, the order may already be in the shipping process and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel.


Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
